Although I am quite bias and feel there is no replacement for the human language translator, I can still get impressed to learn about new language translation apps like Visual Frames’ Traducto. This app has a translation service for sixteen top languages. It allows the user to translate content and localize their applications. It’s supposed to be a nice interface with easy navigation and a simple way to access the translation service and checkout. This is a beta release. This is a free app now for developers during this beta period.
This will be one of many more translation service apps and even interpreting service apps to come. With so many dependent on their phones when traveling, having a proper interpreting service app or translation service app will be as readily found on phones as the Facebook app or Angry Birds.
